Getting started

After you sign up, Lou asks for your birth date, exact time, and birth location. These are needed to calculate your natal chart with the Placidus house system. The more accurate your birth time, the more precise your readings — but if you don't know it, you can still get a meaningful reading.

When will I get my daily reading?

Lou delivers your reading every morning at 8 AM in your local time zone via push notification. You can also open the app any time to read it. Readings are personalized to your chart and today's planetary transits — they're not generic horoscopes.

Subscription

Astro Lou is a paid subscription. Your subscription auto-renews at the price shown in the app at sign-up. You can cancel anytime — no questions asked.

iPhone: subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. To cancel or change plans, open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions, or visit apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions .

Android: subscriptions are managed through your Google account. Open the Play Store app and go to Settings → Subscriptions → Astro Lou, or visit play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions .

Refunds

Refunds are handled by the store you bought from — we can't process them directly.

iPhone: visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple ID. Refund decisions are made by Apple.

Android: visit play.google.com/store/account/orderhistory , find the Astro Lou order, and request a refund. Decisions are made by Google.

I entered the wrong birth details

You can update your birth date, time, and location anytime from Profile → Birth Details in the app. Your chart will recalculate automatically and your next reading will reflect the new data.

I'm not getting push notifications

  1. On iPhone: open Settings → Notifications → Astro Lou and make sure Allow Notifications is on. On Android: open Settings → Apps → Astro Lou → Notifications and confirm notifications are enabled.
  2. In Astro Lou, open Settings → Notifications and confirm your morning delivery time.
  3. Check that Focus, Do Not Disturb, or any equivalent quiet-hours mode isn't silencing the app at 8 AM.
  4. If it still isn't working, sign out and back in to refresh your push token.

How do I delete my account?

Open Settings → Delete Account in the app. Your profile, birth data, readings, and chat history are permanently deleted within 30 days. If you have an active subscription, cancel it first through the store you bought it from (Apple App Store or Google Play) — deleting the account does not cancel the subscription.

Can I sign in on a new device?

Yes. Sign in with the same Apple ID, Google account, or email you used originally and your chart, readings, and subscription will sync automatically.

Is my data private?

Yes. We don't sell your data, run third-party advertising trackers, or share your birth details with anyone outside the small set of vendors needed to deliver the service. Read the full Privacy Policy for details.
